Stone & Wood's Byron Bay brewery at 100 Centennial Circuit is where Pacific Ale was born, now a 31-tank working brewery with tasting room, canteen and leafy beer garden. Ninety-minute tours (booked) walk the brewing deck and finish with a tasting of core range and pilot batches; you do not need a booking just to drink in the garden. Live music and events run through the year, dogs are welcome, and it is a natural last stop after Cape Byron or Minyon. Check the brewery page for hours.
Access & getting there
Arts and Industry Estate via Ewingsdale Rd then Bayshore Drive. Tours must be booked; drop-in drinking does not. Typical hours Mon-Thu 10-6, Fri 10-7, Sat 12-7, Sun 12-6.
