Six String brews and packages everything at The Sawmill on The Entrance Road, Erina — handy if you are coming off Bouddi, Terrigal or a day around Brisbane Water. The taproom has 16 taps, a restaurant, and an outdoor area that takes dogs. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am. This is a working brewery, not a beach kiosk, and a solid coastal-weekender last stop before the highway home.
