Rollers Bakehouse at 19 Rialto Lane is a croissant specialist a few minutes from Manly Wharf, the Corso and the harbour walk. All-butter croissants, cinnamon scrolls and savoury pies are the post-ferry or post-coastal-walk fuel, with coffee to match. Open Monday to Saturday 7am–3pm and Sunday 7am–2pm; expect a queue on weekend mornings.
