About this place
Pinnacle lookout in Coolah Tops National Park is reached by a Grade 3, 1.6 km return walk (about 45 minutes) from Bundella carpark on The Pinnacle Road, or viewed as a drive-up lookout precinct. NPWS describes an easy woodland stroll onto an outcrop with wide rural views; rocky unfenced edges. Nearby Bundella lookout and Bundella walking track continue along the escarpment. Picnic tables and wood barbecues in the lookout precincts. No dogs; no drinking water in the park.
Access & getting there
Unsealed park roads from Coolah Creek Road. Eastern end of the park often closes when wet. Not a Warrumbungle walk — this is Coolah Tops, east of Coolah.
