About this place
Palm Beach is Sydney's most naturally beautiful beach suburb, sitting at the very tip of the Northern Beaches peninsula. The beach offers 1km of pristine surf sand, while the calm Pittwater side is perfect for kayaking and sailing. The highlight for many visitors is the walk up to Barrenjoey Lighthouse (40 minutes return) for sweeping views of Broken Bay, the Central Coast, and the Hawkesbury River. Also famously the filming location for Home and Away.
