O'Hares Creek Lookout Walking Track
Macarthur, NSW
Accessible 2.8km return bitumen and mesh walkway to a gorge lookout over O'Hares Creek in Dharawal National Park.
About this place
O'Hares Creek lookout walking track is Dharawal's family and wheelchair-friendly viewpoint: Grade 1, 2.8km return, 1.5-2 hours, flat and step-free. Most of the track is 5.3m-wide bitumen; it narrows to hard-packed ground then a fibre-reinforced polymer mesh elevated walkway at the lookout. Picnic tables and accessible toilets at the Victoria Road start, three benches with backrests along the way. Same Wedderburn gate as Minerva and Jingga, different walk. Gorge views and birdwatching without the steep creek descents.
