Mountain Equipment Chatswood
North Shore, NSW
North Shore branch of Sydney's specialist climbing shop — technical outdoor gear without the CBD rush.
About this place
Mountain Equipment's Chatswood store at 72 Archer Street carries the same climbing, mountaineering and hiking range as the city shop, with late Thursday trading. It is the practical North Shore stop for ropes, boots and alpine layers before a weekend in the Blue Mountains or Kosciuszko. Staff are climbers and hikers; ask them about local crags as well as the kit.
