Mountain Culture's original brewpub at 23-25 Parke Street is the current Katoomba beer destination (the old Blue Mountains Brewery name is not a verified operating taproom). Housed in the 1912 Blue Mountains Echo printing works, it brews small-batch beer on site; Status Quo NEPA has topped the GABS Hottest 100 repeatedly. Burgers, a sunny deck and walk-ins only. Dogs on the back deck. A 2026 Good Food listing. Free on-site parking.
