About this place
Katoomba Brewing Co. was established in 2015 in the old upper-mountains power station on The Carrington Hotel grounds and reopened in 2022 under head brewer Kieran Allen. There is not a standalone cellar-door taproom yet; the Carrington site says beers are on tap at The Old City Bank Bar and Brasserie and Champagne Charlie's Cocktail Bar, with canned 4-packs at Carrington Cellars and Deli on Parke Street. Extra Katoomba brewery besides already-listed Mountain Culture.

Walk from Katoomba station to The Carrington precinct. Drink at Old City Bank or Champagne Charlie's; buy cans at Carrington Cellars, Parke Street.
