Gerrin Point lookout
Central Coast, NSW
A Bouddi clifftop lookout 1.2 km along the coastal walk from Putty Beach — whale watching, wildflowers and views over Maitland Bay.
About this place
Gerrin Point lookout sits on the Bouddi coastal walk about 1.2 km from Putty Beach picnic area. After an initial set of stairs the boardwalk is mostly easy, with sweeping views along the cliffs to Maitland Bay and the marine extension. Winter (May–August) is the whale-watching season; spring brings wildflowers. It is one of the best short-walk lookouts on the Central Coast and a natural turnaround if you do not want the full 8.5 km coastal walk.
