Fitzroy Falls
Southern Highlands, NSW
An 80-plus metre escarpment waterfall in Morton National Park, the namesake of the Southern Highlands village.
About this place
Fitzroy Falls drops more than 80 m from Yarrunga Creek over the Morton National Park escarpment, named during Governor Charles FitzRoy's 1850 visit. The Wodi Wodi people knew the falls long before European settlement. View them from the main lookout beside Fitzroy Falls Visitor Centre; West and East Rim walks add further gorge angles. This is a look-do-not-swim cliff waterfall. Vehicle entry is $4.
