Fitzroy Falls Lookout
Southern Highlands, NSW
A wheelchair-friendly platform two minutes from the visitor centre, looking down the 80 m drop.
About this place
NPWS Fitzroy Falls Visitor Centre sits a short boardwalk from the main lookout, where Yarrunga Creek plunges more than 80 m into Morton National Park. This listing is the lookout, not the waterfall walk. The centre (9 am to 4 pm, closed Christmas Day) covers local Aboriginal culture, wildlife and walking maps. East and West Rim tracks branch from here. Vehicle entry $4 per day.
Access & getting there
Park at the visitor centre. Main lookout is a two-minute accessible walk. Do not confuse with the longer West Rim walk. This is not a swimming destination.
