About this place
Owner-brewer Craig Talbot opened Brew Mountains in 2020 in a tucked-away sandstone unit at 2–4 Tayler Road, Valley Heights. Sixteen taps include seasonal beers made with Blue Mountains hops and grain, plus cider and ginger beer, and food trucks roll in on trading days. It is the Lower Mountains pint after a Glenbrook, Springwood or Lapstone walk — intimate, local, and a short hop off the Great Western Highway.
