Bouddi Coastal Walk
Central Coast, NSW
The Central Coast's standout coastal hike — 8.5km of beaches, rainforest and whale lookouts from Putty Beach to MacMasters.
About this place
Bouddi coastal walk is the one to do on the Central Coast if you only have a day. The 8.5km one-way route from Putty Beach to MacMasters Beach mixes clifftop boardwalk, shady rainforest and swimming beaches, with Gerrin Point lookout a highlight for whale watching in winter. Break it into shorter legs via Maitland Bay if you prefer — the wreck of the PS Maitland sits off the eastern end of that beach. Stay the night at Putty Beach or Little Beach campground to make a weekend of it.
