Bondi Beach needs little introduction. One of the world's most famous beaches, it sits just 7km from the Sydney CBD and draws millions of visitors each year. The beach is patrolled year-round by renowned Bondi lifeguards. Beyond swimming and surfing, Bondi is the starting point for the spectacular Bondi to Coogee coastal walk (6km), and the surrounding area is packed with great cafes, restaurants, and the famous Bondi Icebergs ocean pool. The local farmers market runs on Saturdays.
