Aslings Beach
South Coast, NSW
Eden's main surf beach on Twofold Bay, with a surf club, ocean pool and Rotary Park lookout on the hill behind town.
About this place
Aslings Beach is Eden's town surf beach, a short walk from the main street, with seasonal patrols, a surf club and an ocean pool. Rotary Park lookout (Eden Lookout) above Bramble Street gives the classic Twofold Bay panorama if you want height after a swim. Use Aslings as the easy Eden extra when Green Cape and Boyds Tower are too far for the afternoon. Killer Whale Museum and the snug cove of Snug Cove harbour are in town if the swell is up.
Access & getting there
Signposted from the Princes Highway through Eden. Parking at the surf club. Rotary Park lookout is up Bramble Street.
Aslings Beach, Calle Calle Street, Eden NSW 2551
Safety notes
Swim between the flags when patrolled. Open-bay swell. Ocean pool is the calmer option.
