Overland Track in Winter (6 days)
About this event
This is for experience hikers that have snow shoed before with a heavy pack in alpine conditions over long distance. Even though we will be staying in the huts, you will still need to bring the camping gear just in case. The Overland Track is Australia's premier alpine walk – a 65 km, six-day trek through the heart of the Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park During June - September, the Overland Track is free and no permits are required. World Expeditions charge $3,000 to hike the Overland in Winter with them: https://worldexpeditions.com/Australia/Trekking-Walking/Overland-Track-Winter-Trek (I will use their itinerary) You can hike with Hikezilla for free as long as you are self-sufficient enough:) Will sort out transport after numbers finalise. This is the route: RSVP opens March
