Leura Loop via Valley of the Waters (19km)

Important: In order to be able to run group walks, these are the current government regulations until at least December 1st: Groups must be 30 people or less. All group members must be vaccinated and carry their certificates at all time in case you get ask for it by authorities (before/during/after the hike) Please provide proof of vaccination to organisers prior to the hike (either on the day or message us before) (those already shown in previous hike not required) Starting in Leura we will make our way to Wentworth Falls via the stunning Valley of the Waters. Lots of amazing waterfalls to check out and most of the walk is shaded and cool. Distance: 19km Elevation/Ascent: 1,000 m Pace: 3.5 – 4.5km p/h Terrain: Steep sections with some climbing over/under fallen trees possibly required Exposure to heights: Some exposure due to walking along steep tracks and up steps over big drops Early exits: A few Getting there: 6.24am train from Central Station Preparations: Bring plenty of water (at least 3L), wear sensible hiking shoes, a hat and sun screen. Bring snacks and lunch as required. Gratuity: The Gratuity for this event is $10.
