Distance: 31km Elevation: 2140m Diffuclty: hard due to distance, elevation & terrain. This is an extremely good walk to get your endurance up and build your leg muscles as you climb up 3x500m+ hills and down. Description: Immediate descent of 600m follow by an immediate ascent of 570m, which follows by an immediate descent of 570m. Some flat for 5.5km then an ascent of 450m. We have our lunch break up here before descending down 450m. Flat for a bit before finishing off with a 600m climb Tips: Avoid cramps by keeping check on salt.
