Distance: 41.2km Elevation: 2581m Diffuclty: very hard due to distance, elevation & terrain. Harder than almost all the walk I have put up. This is an extremely good training walk to get your endurance up and build your leg muscles. Description: Immediate descent of 600m follow by an immediate ascent of 570m, which follows by an immediate descent of 570m. Some flat for 5.5km then an ascent of 450m. We have our lunch break up here before descending down 450m. Steady 110m ascent over 4km before a 400m ascent up. Rest here, then relaxing 13km descent before a 600m climb back up. Tips: Avoid cramps by keeping check on salt. Pack light Carb load 2 days before Hiking Poles helps here, especailly descending Water: will be walking there this weekend to scout on water refill opportunity (still need to treat) Weather: ?
