About this event

Bungonia Gorge is a gorgeous scramble and a beautiful hike. We will arrive at Bungonia Campground at 10am (no more than 3 hr drive from Sydney), set up our tents, and then start the white/red track. Once done, we’ll come back to the campground to have a nice shower, and then have our awesome communal bbq and hang around by the campsite playing cards etc. We will be doing around 11km with 700m elevation on the Saturday. On Sunday morning, we will pack our tents away, checkout and do an easy 10-12km hike on the west side of the campsite (yellow track and jerrarra trails) This is not a hike in campground (drive in), so fill free to bring an esky with beers and bbq food for dinner on the Saturday night.
