The expedition
Overview
Explore one of the world's most beautiful harbour foreshores. This challenge takes you through the diverse sections of the Sydney Harbour National Park and the famous Bondi to Manly walk.
The Route
The challenge is broken down into key sections covering the northern and southern sides of the harbour entrance, as well as the inner harbour foreshore. Participants can complete these sections individually or attempt the ultimate challenge of completing the entire distance in a single push.
Bonus Opportunities
- Single Day Completion: Complete the entire Manly to Bondi route (approx. 80km) within a single 24-hour period.
- Event Participation: Join the official Manly to Bondi Ultra event as a solo participant.

- Ensure you have adequate water and sun protection as many coastal sections are exposed.
- Check ferry and bus timetables for transit between trailheads.
- Always stay on marked paths to protect the sensitive coastal environment.
