Strip away the modern luxuries and get back to basics. This challenge focuses on the fundamental survival skill of fire lighting, progressing from standard methods to primitive techniques.

Safety Notes

Ensure you only light fires in designated areas where it is legal and safe to do so.
Check local fire restrictions and seasonal bans before attempting this challenge.
Always have a means to extinguish the fire completely (water or sand) nearby.
Practice "Leave No Trace" principles by using existing fire rings and ensuring the site is cool to the touch before leaving.

Start a standard campfire using your preferred method (matches, lighter, firewood etc).

Successfully start a campfire using a flint and steel striker.

Bonus: Natural Resources Only

Start a campfire using only natural resources found in the environment (e.g., friction fire) without modern ignition aids or purpose made firewood.
